Bao Dai (1913-97), with the original name Nguyen Vinh Thuy, was the 13th and last ruler of the Nguyen dynasty and the last emperor of Viet-nam. He ruled from 1926 to 1954, when he was removed from power by Diem. Todays stamp is from 1951 and show the portrait of Bao-Dai.
